However, if your modified adjusted gross income as reported on your IRS tax return from 2 years ago is above $85,000 (singe) or $170,000 (married couple), then your Part B premium will be higher. • Outpatient hospital services • X-ray and lab tests • Outpatient rehabilitation (physical, occupational, and speech) • Durable medical equipment (wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and walkers, etc.) In 2018, you pay the annual deductible and 20% coinsurance… *There is no limit, or cap on your 20% portion.
